SERVING FAMILIES IN OKATIE, BLUFFTON & REMOTELY ACROSS SOUTH CAROLINA

Because What You Leave Behind Matters Just As Much As What You’ve Built.

At LowcoTerra Law Firm, we help families protect what matters most — the people they love and the legacy they’ll leave behind. Whether you’re planning for retirement, caring for aging parents, navigating a blended family, or just starting out, you deserve clear guidance, modern solutions, and peace of mind every step of the way.

We’re Not Your Typical Law Firm — And That’s By Design.

Whether you’re building a future for your young family or planning for the realities of aging, one thing is true: You want clarity. You want control. And most of all, you want the peace of mind that your plan will work when it matters most.

That’s exactly what we do.

At LowcoTerra Law Firm, we take a relationship-first approach to estate planning and elder law. We use the same trusted legal strategies families have relied on for generations—but with a more personal, more efficient process. From our first conversation to your final signing, every step is designed to be clear, thorough, and stress-free. We take time to learn about your family, your goals, your fears, and the legacy you want to build. Then we design a plan around you.

Because real peace of mind goes beyond paperwork. It comes from knowing someone has your back — and your family’s future — in every season.

EVERY FAMILY HAS A STORY. WE WANT TO PROTECT YOURS.

YOUR LEGACY ARCHITECT

Estate Planning & Elder Law Attorney

Hi, I’m Brittany Holmes — attorney, Legacy Architect, and founder of LowcoTerra Law.

I began my legal journey in the courtroom, first as a criminal defense attorney, then as a divorce lawyer. But it was in the midst of those intense transitions — divorces, disputes, family breakdowns — that my passion for estate planning came alive. I saw how quickly a lifetime of work could unravel without a plan. Assets lost. Futures derailed. Generations impacted.

That’s why I founded LowcoTerra Law — to help families protect what matters before the crisis.
The name LowcoTerra reflects both my Lowcountry roots and my commitment to building terra firma — solid ground — for your family’s legacy.

Today, my work is focused entirely on estate planning and probate for families across Bluffton and the South Carolina Lowcountry. Whether you’re planning for retirement, caring for aging parents, or securing the future for your children, I’m here to guide you with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Because your legacy deserves more than a legal solution — it deserves a blueprint.
